1. The Community Room is reserved for full-time residents of the Community and their guests. Owners who have rented or leased their property are not entitled to use the Community Room.
   
   
2. Residents must accompany their guests at all times when using the Community Room.
   
   
3. Hours of the Community Room are: Sunday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
   
   
4. Children under the age of twelve (12) may not use the Community Room unless accompanied by an adult.
   
   
5. The Community Room may be rented for private parties. Reservations may be made with the Property Management Company. Owners will be required to obtain a key to use the Community Room from the Property Management Company. A deposit will be required in the event that proper clean-up and trash removal are not completed. All clean up and trash removal are the responsibility of the party using the Community Room and must be completed immediately after use. Owner�s deposit money may be retained or Owner may be charged a cleaning fee if the Community Room is unclean after use or is damaged.
   
   
6. The Owner will be responsible for the cost of any damage to any part of the Community Room resulting from misuse by the Owner or his or her guests.
