Recreation/Community Room
- The Community Room is reserved for full-time residents of the Community and their guests. Owners who have rented or leased their property are not entitled to use the Community Room.
- Residents must accompany their guests at all times when using the Community Room.
- Hours of the Community Room are: Sunday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under the age of twelve (12) may not use the Community Room unless accompanied by an adult.
- The Community Room may be rented for private parties. Reservations may be made with the Property Management Company. Owners will be required to obtain a key to use the Community Room from the Property Management Company. A deposit will be required in the event that proper clean-up and trash removal are not completed. All clean up and trash removal are the responsibility of the party using the Community Room and must be completed immediately after use. Owner�s deposit money may be retained or Owner may be charged a cleaning fee if the Community Room is unclean after use or is damaged.
- The Owner will be responsible for the cost of any damage to any part of the Community Room resulting from misuse by the Owner or his or her guests.

Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM by reservation only
Costs: $500 damage deposit
