Exercise Room

The Exercise Room contains exercise equipment available to all full-time residents of the Community and their guests over the age of 14. Owners who have rented or leased their property are not entitled to use the Exercise Room. Residents must accompany their guests at all times when using the Exercise Room. Use of the facilities is on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Hours of the Exercise Room are daily between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
   
   
2. Cellular phones, radios, cassette or CD players must be battery operated and headsets must be worn.
   
   
3. Children under the age of fourteen (14) may not use the Exercise Rooms unless accompanied by an adult.
   
   
4. All equipment shall be wiped down after each use.
   
   
5. All equipment is to be used as intended. Please lower the weight stacks on the equipment to their start positions to avoid striking other plates. Please be considerate of your neighbors and limit use of a particular piece of equipment to thirty (30) minutes if someone is waiting.
   
   
6. Residents shall not store or place any personal equipment in the Exercise Room.
   
   
7. No glass containers are allowed in the Exercise Room.
   
   
8. All persons using the Exercise Room do so at their own risk. The Association does not employ personal trainers.
   
   
9. The Owner will be responsible for the cost of any damage to any part of the Exercise Room resulting from misuse by the Owner or his or her guests.
